The asexuality spectrum is for any person who feels as if they do not experience typical sexual attraction. As the diagram states: Asexuals never experience sexual attraction. Grey-Asexuals rarely experience sexual attraction/ don't experience sexual attraction at the frequency experienced by the other people in their respective orientations. They also may feel sexual attraction weakly, feel it but not want to act on it or feel it only under limited or specific circumstances, like when involved with a kink. Demisexuals only begin to experience sexual attraction after a strong emotional bond. These groups fall on the asexuality spectrum because they do not experience sexual attraction like their counterparts in their sexual orientation or at the frequency people in their respective sexual orientations experience sexual attraction, if at all (asexuals).

I would add that gray-asexuals may also feel sexual attraction weakly, feel it but not want to act on it (ie: low or nonexistent libido or sexual desire), or feel it only under limited or specific circumstances (ex: when involved with a kink or fetish).
