Hey, I'm kroz

What's up folks? I'm kroz. I'm extremely new to the whole asexual scene. I literally just figured it out yesterday. For the last 10 years, I thought I was a lesbian. I still have a stronger inclination to spend time with women than with men, but I'm not sure I'd go so far as to say I have romantic needs or desires for either. I am married, which is becoming more awkward every passing day now that I am coming to terms with this about myself. I mean, yeah, I love her. We've been a part of each others' lives for almost 10 years. I feel like we are at our best when we're watching cheesy TV shows and making bracelets out of beads. There is somebody else in my life who I refer to as my hetero life mate. We've been best friends since we were 15 and she basically knows everything about me and I know everything about her. I'm happiest when we're together. That's my personal life. 

Other interests include cheesy teenage soap operas like Degrassi and I have a weird obsession with movies that take place in the span of one day like Empire Records. I like to rock, not that I can actually make music, but I definitely enjoy that which is created by others. I have not a single artistic bone in my body, but I love other people's work. I'm an accountant by trade but my personal finances are a mess.

I'm really interested in connecting with people both to support me and to offer support, but I am also interested in finding people to talk to about the random happenings of daily life and finding common ground or to have interesting debates. I just started a tumblr, you can find me at acekroz.
