Am I asexual?
If you don't experience sexual attraction, then by the definition, yes you are asexual.
I've felt sexual attraction in the past but not anymore...?
Sexuality can be fluid, and whether you choose to identify as asexual is up to you.

By definition, asexuality is the lack of sexual attraction to people. If your fetish doesn't require sexual attraction to other people, then yes, you can still identify as asexual.
