I go by many names in real life, so I will refrain from listing them here and get started with the introduction. I’m a lone crusader in a dangerous world. The world…of the Knight Rider. Aside from that, I’m a 24-year old male with a few twists. For all of my life, I have identified as heterosexual, although in recent times, I’ve been curious about a few things.
Having read up on asexuality, I’ve begun to wonder if I am asexual. On the one hand, I don’t feel the drive to get into a relationship or have sex that a lot of people feel, nor do I feel the need to brag about what I have done with any partners I may have had. On the other hand, I am capable of feeling sexual attraction, and the Kinsey test said I was not asexual. However, I wouldn’t engage in sexual activity with someone I wasn’t comfortable with. So, I suppose I might fall at a certain point on the spectrum, or maybe I’ve caught another case of “psychology student syndrome”.
Now, a little more about myself: My hobbies include playing video games, building models, watching movies, listening to music, writing, reading, researching, strength building and being weird. Like many – if not all – people here, I arrived via Tumblr. To be precise, I was browsing through a Sonic the Hedgehog blog, and owing to my sense of curiosity, I ended up on another blog where I saw a presentation on asexuality, and BOOM! Here I am.
So, this is just some of me. Even if I discover that I’m not asexual, I feel honored to have the opportunity to talk to people who fall on that spectrum. Thus far, this seems like a friendly site with friendly people, so let me conclude with this: Have a wonderful day!
